Refund & Cancellation Policy

Booking and Scheduling

All lessons must be booked and paid for in advance through our official platform. A confirmed booking guarantees your professional instructor's time.

Cancellation and Rescheduling by Students

More than 24 Hours Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed lesson, you must notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. In this case, no fee will be charged, and the lesson credit can be used for a future session.

Less than 24 Hours Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson start time will be fully charged. No refund or makeup lesson will be issued for that session.

No-Shows: If a student fails to show up within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, the lesson will be treated as a "No-Show" and will be fully charged.

Refunds for Course Packages

Unused Lessons: You are eligible to request a full refund for any unused lessons or course packages within seven (7) days of the original purchase date.

Used Lessons: Lessons that have already been conducted or delivered are strictly non-refundable.

Processing: Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (e.g., Credit Card via Stripe) within 5–10 business days. Please note that credit card processing fees may be non-refundable.

In the rare event that your instructor is unavailable due to an emergency, we will notify you as soon as possible to offer a qualified substitute instructor or provide a full rescheduling credit for that session.
